Dear God, I know I am a sinner. I want to turn from my sins, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe He died for my sins and that You raised Him to life. I want Him to come into my heart and to take control of my life. I want to trust Jesus as my Savior and follow Him as my Lord from this day forward.

Dear God, I come before you today with a   humble heart and surrender my life to you. I believe that Jesus Christ was born free of sin, died on the cross (https://www.christianity.com/jesus/death-and-resurrection/the-crucifixion/) as a payment for my own sin, and rose three days later. I believe in your gift of salvation and eternal life because of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. God, today I repent and turn from my old way of life.
